Exploratory Collaboration
A two-month pathway to understand the lab and contribute to its knowledge and project development.
Defined term
2 months
This is a fixed exploratory collaboration. It is not an offer of employment or a promise of a later contract.
Enrich the knowledge
Contribute verified information, references, observations and practical ideas relevant to the agreed discipline.
Document the contribution
Maintain concise progress notes and provide a final summary of findings, contributions and recommended next actions.
Working basis
- — The contribution area and expected outputs are agreed at the start.
- — Confidentiality, intellectual property and project-data restrictions must be respected.
- — The collaborator may not represent MEL or Threshold without written authorization.
After two months
At the end of the term, both parties review the outcome and interest in continuing. If interest is mutual and a suitable project is available, a separate legal agreement may be considered to define the role, fees, duration and obligations. There is no automatic extension.
